Four Important Points
About Jesus In The Quran

I. THE VIRGIN BIRTH (The miraculous
birth)
• We breathed in her of our spirit (The
prophets 21:91)
• We breathed in Him of our spirit (The
forbidding 66:12)
II. HE PERFORMED MIRACLES
• “We gave isa the son of Mariam the clear
signs and strengthened I-Jim with spirit of the holy” (The cow 2:87)
• I heal him who was born blind and the leper
and I raise the dead by the permission of Allah” Words of Christ’- (House of
Imran 3:49)
III. HIS HOLY NAMES
• The Word of God and Spirit of God.
“Truly the Messiah, is a son of Mariam the ambassador of Allah is 1-us
word that He bestowed upon Mariam, and He is spirit of Him” (Women 4:171)
• He is the advocate in the day of judgment
“0 Mariam, God gives you good tidings of a word from Him whose name is
the Messiah, Isa. The son of Mary, highly honored in this word and the next and
brought near to Allah” (House of Imran 3:45)
• The blessed one
“He made me blessed wherever I shall be”
The words of Christ in Quran (Mary 19:31)
• The reveler of secrets
In the Quran Muhammad declares:
“I do not say to you that I possess the treasuries of God. I know not
the unseen” (Cattle 6:50)
But Jesus said in the Quran:
“I will inform you of what you eat and what you treasure up in your
houses. Surely in that is a sign for you are believers” (House of Jmran 3:49)
• He is alive
“Allah raised Him (Jesus) up to himself’ (Women 4:158)
“Peace be upon me, the day I was born the day I die and the day I am
raised up alive” Words of Christ in Quran (Mary 19:33)
IV. HE IS SINLESS
“I am but a messenger from your Lord to give you a boy most pure (The
Word of the Angel to Mary) (Mary 19:19)
Mohammed confesses openly many times in the Quran that he had to ask
for the forgiveness of God.
“We grated you a clear victory, to forgive your sins from the past and
in the future” (Victory 48:1-2)
“Ask forgiveness for your sin and praise your Lord at evening and at
dawn” (The believer 40:55)
